What’s your Christmas return policy?
Any item bought from the 14th of November 2024 will be accepted for a return until the 8th of January 2025. This item is required to be unworn and still tagged. Any orders after the 8th of January 2025 a return can only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the goods.

How do I return an item?
You can return any item to us using our new international returns portal. The returns portal is located in your customer account.
If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.

Have you received my returned item?
We recommend sending your return through tracked post. We can take 7-10 days from when you send the parcel back for the return to be processed.

I haven’t received my money after 10 days?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 7-10 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail then please contact your payment provider.

Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?
We can only offer you a refund so you would need to reorder the correct size. This is something we are looking into offering in the future.
