Royal Mail 2nd Class: Order before the 18th of December
Royal Mail 1st Class: Order before the 20th of December
DPD Next Day Delivery: Order before 21st of December
How long does it take to deliver?
We offer next day with DPD if ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri *excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands (these are placed on a two day service). DPD next day can be delivered to your home or click and collect. This option is available at checkout. Please note during our Cyber Week sale orders may take 3-5 days before dispatch
How much does it cost to deliver?
We offer DPD Next day delivery free on orders over £75. For orders under £75 there is a charge of £5.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order please contact our support team at [email protected] straight away and they will be able to help you. Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
The cut off time for delivery is 4pm Monday to Friday.
What if I want to change my address?
If you require to change your address, you can do so with DPD through their app. With Royal Mail you would have to contact them once they send you information. You can also change settings for delivery on their app. We at Bee Inspired cannot change addresses after the order has been placed.

What’s your Christmas return policy?
Any item bought from the 14th of November 2024 will be accepted for a return until the 8th of January 2025. This item is required to be unworn and still tagged. Any orders after the 8th of January 2025 a return can only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
How do I return an item?
You can return your item(s) using our returns portal. You can access this through your account.
If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
How do I return something that I paid with Klarna or Clearpay?
You can follow the same return process as mentioned above on 'How do I return an item?'.
Have you received my returned item?
You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the returns portal in your account. We can take 5-7 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I haven’t received my money after 10 days?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 7-10 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
How much will my return cost?
£2 will be taken off your final refund total.
Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?
You can make an exchange if you wish. Please make it clear on invoice/piece of paper inside the parcel the item/colour/size you require and we will process that for you. Exchanges are free of charge.
Can I return items I've bought with a gift card?
Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card for an exchange or refund back onto the gift card.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?
Your delivery charge will be refunded if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
